  • Terms and Conditions for WiFi Box Rental Service

    1. Agreement

    By using our WiFi box rental service, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Travel Wifi Co.

     

    2. Rental and Usage

    2.1. Users must be at least 18 years old to rent a WiFi box.

    2.2. The rented WiFi box is for personal/family use only and cannot be resold, shared with strangers , or used for any illegal activities.

    2.3. Users are responsible for the WiFi box during the rental period and must handle it with reasonable care.

    2.4 In our rental WiFi box service, a refundable deposit is taken on delivery of box and refunded on when box is safely picked up at the end of your rental.

    2.5 Users are responsible for any misuse or damage caused to the WiFi box due to improper handling.

     

    3. Rental Period

    3.1. The rental period begins on the date of delivery and ends on the specified return date.

    3.2. Users can extend the rental period by contacting our customer service and paying the applicable fees.

     

    4. Delivery and Return

    4.1. Users must provide accurate delivery information, including address and contact details.

    4.2. The WiFi box will be delivered and retrieved by our designated courier service.

    4.3. Users are responsible for packaging the WiFi box securely for return.

     

    5. Fees and Payments

    5.1. Rental fees are specified on our website and are payable at the time of delivery.

    5.2. Late return fees will apply if the WiFi box is not returned by the specified date.

    5.3. In our rental WiFi box service, a refundable deposit of £70 is collected to ensure the secure return of the device.

     

    6. Cancellation and Refunds

    6.1. Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the start of the rental period for a full refund.

    6.2. Refunds are subject to a processing fee.

    6.3. No refunds will be provided for early returns.
